The farm has always had livestock at its heart. Today, we continue to develop our animal husbandry work with dairy and beef cattle. Our efforts centre on milk production – of around 3 tonnes per day – from the 250 head of purebred Italian Friesian and Puglian Podolica cows. Our main priorities are to improve the animals’ genetics, health and production. Visitors can also enjoy the company of our majestic Murgese horses and our wonderful clan of friendly dogs: Sanson, Pallina, Bianca, Bernie, Guyot and Cleo (sheepards dogs). Not forgetting a large posse of cats, although the only sociable ones are the chartreux.
